In case your heads are still stuck in the past, the second semester has already begun, and that means a clean slate and new services! So in the spirit of the new semester, and in case you guys haven’t already noticed, the McKinley Service, Habitat for Humanity, Along the River, Babysitting at Roosevelt, and Lunar New Year Event services have been added to the website! That means it’s time to get a jump on your second semester hours, so take a good look at the services and sign up for them! As a reminder, the first semester awards ceremony is scheduled for this coming Thursday, the 28th, so keep your afternoons open and attend! THERE WILL BE CAKE (for those of you who get the reference, it’s not a lie )! Otherwise, happy Monday, and we hope you have a great week!

The last few changes have been made to the hours for the first semester and they are now officially FINISHED!. What a successful semester it has been! Congrats to the over 200 Interacters who completed their requirements! You guys really deserve a pat on the back! But don’t let all these feelings of achievement and success get to your head, because the second semester has already begun! That isn’t to say you shouldn’t celebrate, but just make sure you do so in good measure. As a reminder, you will be having your last Interact circle meetings of the first semester in your respective rooms this coming Monday, and there might even be a special surprise in store for some of you, so make sure you remember to show up on time after you get lunch! Also, don’t forget that the first semester awards ceremony is tentatively scheduled for this coming Thursday, the 28th, so keep your afternoons open! Otherwise, enjoy your weekend, and if you’re one of the unfortunate many who took the SAT today, see what you can do to salvage it!
